There are times, although not too often, I just want a sandwich. You can opt to make this without the tempeh bacon and it is just as good.

Also, when I am looking for something a little creamier, I opt for Chao Cheese Slices and press the sandwich.



  • 4 slices bread sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 8 strips tempeh bacon
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce chopped


  1. Prepare tempeh bacon according to package instructions.
  2. Slice ingredients and combine with tempeh bacon into sandwiches.
