I prefer savory to sweet but really enjoy the combination of both together in a dish. I promise that you will not even miss the cheese in this delightful dinner.

If you are not a fan of butternut squash try any other vegan ravioli or plain pasta.

Brown Butter Sauce


  • 3 Tbl. Earth Balance Margarine
  • 1 Tbl. garlic crushed
  • 4 large basil leaves
  • 2 medium roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbl. Cool Foods Veggie Bacon


  1. Heat Earth Balance in saute pan until slightly browned.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes being careful not to burn.
  3. Add basil leaves and tomatoes cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until tomatoes have slightly released some of their juices.
  4. Stir in salt.
  5. Set aside sauce and spoon on top of cooked ravioli.
  6. Top with Cool Foods Vegi Bacon Bits

Organic Butternut Squash Ravioli


  • 8 oz Butternut squash ravioli cooked


  1. Cook and drain according to package directions.
