  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 28 ounces canned whole tomatoes
  • 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chiles


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor combine until mixed.
