  • 1 pound carrots peeled
  • 1/2 cup garbanzo bean water
  • 2 cups garbanzo beans drained & rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  • 1/2 lemon juiced


  1. Cut ends off of carrots, peel, and set aside.
  2. In a food processor or Vitamix combine remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
