Fruity Soba


  • 1 package soba noodles
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice


  1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Toss drained soba noodles in orange juice and tamari until blended.

Brussels and Potatoes Medley


  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 20 ounces brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 15 red potatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vegetable bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon garlic crushed
  • 1 heirloom tomato chopped
  • 2 nectarines chopped
  • 1 pear chopped
  • 3 leaves fresh mint minced
  • 8 leaves fresh basil minced


  1. Heat oil in saute pan, add Brussels Sprouts, and salt. Cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently for 5 min.
  2. Add vegetable bullion, potatoes and water, then cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chopped fruit, tomato, basil, and mint. Cook uncovered for 8 minutes.
  4. Add avocado oil and garlic, cooking slightly.

Sambel Ranch Dressing


  • 1/4 cup vegan ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Sambel Oleek


  1. Combine vegan ranch and chili paste.
