I get it, chocolate brownies are not the most nutritious food on the planet! However, just about everyone likes to indulge occasionally and these little gems combine the goodness of chocolate along with healthy avocado.

They come together in about 10 minutes and only need to be baked for 25 to 30 minutes. (Note: If you want chewier brownies, opt for the shorter cooking time.)

It is best to let the brownies cool completely before cutting.

Ingredients

  • 1 small avocado mashed
  • 1/2 large banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mashed avocado, banana, peanut butter and vegetable oil.
  2. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
  3. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients adding Almond Milk, 1/2 cup at a time.
  4. Grease a 9 x 13" glass pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.
