WOW! Here is a super easy dinner and exceptionally delicious plus it is gluten-free and low in calories.

If you cannot find Soyaki Sauce, try just a combination of Tamari, Sesame Seeds and Maple Syrup.

Also, if you like it spicy, add a bit of Sambal Oelek to the mix…DELICIOUS!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbl. olive oil
  • 10 oz. brussels sprouts chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic crushed
  • 18 oz. polenta sliced and cubed
  • 1/4 cup Soyaki

Directions

  1. Heat oil in saute pan.
  2. Mix in chopped Brussels Sprouts and cook for 6 minutes, turning so they don't stick.
  3. Remove Brussels Sprouts from pan and set aside.
  4. Add 1/2 Tbl. Olive Oil and Cubed Polenta and cook, stirring often, for 8 minutes.
  5. Return Brussels Sprouts to Pan.
  6. Stir in Soyaki and heat for 1 minute.
  7. Serve over fresh greens and tomatoes.
