Boiled Red Potatoes


  • 12 red potatoes halved
  • 2 tomatoes chopped


  1. Boil 12 to 15 halved small red potatoes in salted water until tender but not mushy.

Baked Brocolli


  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbl olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a ziplock bag toss broccoli pieces with olive oil, salt and garlic powder.
  3. Spread on foil lined sheets and bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 min. until crunchy tender.
  4. Chop 2 fresh tomatoes.
  5. Put drained, cooked red potatoes in a large bowl with cooked broccoli and dressing. Mix well.
  6. Plate with tomatoes
  7. *** sprinkle with dill

Viva La France Dressing


  • 6 Tbl apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbl dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbl agave nectar


  1. In a small bowl whisk together Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, dijon mustard, and agave.
